How to find us
- Walk: Go to Bishop Street. The business park is across from St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral. Walk into the business park and the gym is on the right.
- Bus: Take the 214 or 216 west along the quays to Bishop Street. Get off just before St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral. Cross the street and walk into the business park. The gym is on the right.
- Car: Drive west along the quays to Bishop Street. Parking in the business park is limited during the weekday, so you’ll need to find parking on the street nearby. The business park is across from St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral. Walk into the business park and the gym is on the right.
